This membership is activated after State Plumbing Utilities installs a water heater for you. The membership provides a lifelong warranty for the entire water heater and parts. That way, if the water heater were to fail under the membership, you would be able to obtain a free water heater, not including parts.

We will provide a labor-free membership for any kind of water heater. For any water heater that is gas, electric, or propane, the monthly membership starts at $19.99. For power vents or direct vents and specialty tanks, it’s $29.99 per month. For tankless units or double units inside of a dwelling, it will be $39.99 per month.

This membership that State Plumbing Utilities provides, includes going into the house and repairing any leaks that can happen either on the waste or water distribution side. We will cover the main service line coming from the meter to the house and leading into the garage or crawl space access.

We will provide all of the necessary permits and inspections for any project that is of substantial size. We will inspect and evaluate the plumbing once a year to prevent future leaks. If the customer would like to do any additional work, there will be a processing fee for the work performed. That work will go into the membership at no additional cost. There will be an evaluation prior to qualifying for this particular membership.
